Improving Attendance at School
Regular school attendance is crucial for your child’s academic success and overall development. We are committed to working together to ensure every student achieves their full potential by attending school consistently.
We are very aware that at this time of year there are more absences. To make reporting an absence as simple and efficient as possible, you can notify the school using any of the following methods:
- Email: kelsohs@scotborders.gov.uk with the subject ‘KHS Absence’.
- Telephone: 01573 227440
- Groupcall Xpressions App: Use the app to send the School Office a message directly
We kindly ask that you report any absence at your earliest convenience and provide a clear reason for your child’s non-attendance.
Thank you for your continued support in helping us improve attendance and ensure a positive learning environment for all students.
