Weekly Update 23/11/18

Success at the INSPIRE Awards - 16th November

Many congratulations to two of our 6th year students who won individual Inspire Awards at a ceremony at the Volunteer Hall, Galashiels.  Olivia Ferguson won the Equality and Discrimination Award - Olivia regularly gives up her time to volunteer for a number of groups in the Kelso area and was responsible for organising the Wee Sleep out along with the Social Bite charity earlier this month.  This event was a real success and already there are plans to build on this next year.

Tabitha Gibson was the winner of the Young Leader Award - Tabitha has overcome a variety of barriers during her time at KHS and has flourished into a natural leader.  Well done!!
